Hayden co-founded Siemens Energy Ventures in 2020, as a place where transformative growth ventures can flourish to become scalable businesses that provide sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy to the world. Currently, Hayden is the CEO of FeX Energy, which provides Safe, stable, and dense energy storage for a decarbonized future. Specifically, FeX Energy’s iron-based solution stores renewable energy from days to months to years, and delivers it at temperatures approaching 900 degrees Celsius.
Through his experience as coach and partner at BXVentures and Techstars, his dedication to human-centered leadership has helped startups burn-down innovation risk, substantiate expected returns, and secure sponsorship while holding true to their founding principles.
